Returns Policy

Every product is 100% individually produced to order and Peaks Apparel does NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason except production defect. 

If you feel you have an item that has defects please contact us at support@peaksapparel.com with your order number, pictures and details of the defect. Once an item has been confirmed by Peaks Apparel as defective we will repair or replace the item at no additional charge. 

Please note the product design interface on our website is simply a visualization and minor differences in appearance may occur.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All shipments are sent with a tracking number and information that can be viewed in your account. 

ALL ORDERS HAVE AN AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME OF 5-7 WEEKS FROM DATE OF ORDER. 

WE OFFER OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT TO RUSH YOUR ORDER FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER SHIPPED SOONER.  WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE GETTING ORDERS SOONER THAN STANDARD DELIVERY TIME BUT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A SHIPMENT DATE ON ANY ORDER THAT HAS NOT PAID A RUSH FEE.
